KYC & verification documents
Purpose: Driver and union identity / vehicle documents are collected only to verify accounts, meet legal and safety expectations, and reduce fraud.
Retention: We keep these files only as long as needed for active verification, ongoing compliance, and dispute prevention while your account exists.
After account closure: We delete or anonymise verification documents within a reasonable period, except where applicable law requires longer retention.
Security: Files are stored on access-controlled servers with industry-standard safeguards. We do not sell document images or personal data to third parties for marketing.
User trust
We treat rider and driver data with care proportional to a transport marketplace: limited collection, secured storage, and the email above if something looks wrong.
